I began my therapy journey with Erika in the summer of 2023, I had previously gone to therapy for various issues but was at a place where l needed to work on myself and understand my own processing as I began to accept the possibility of being neurodivergent, I chose to begin therapy with Erika as she showed an understanding of this area of therapy with her own experiences. From my first session with Erika, I felt extremely comfortable with her while also maintaining a professional standard. I came out of my first session having spoken non stop, knowing that she would be a therapist I could work with to help me on my journey. I always felt listened to with a non judgemental ear and some of Erika’s insights would really open my  eyes to a new way of framing a situation. During the roughly 18 months I was working with Erika, my life underwent many significant changes which led to some detours on my therapy journey but I was always supported by Erika and she provided me with mental processing tools to cope and grow through these major life events. I ended my sessions in December 2024 having got to a place where I was a much healthier and happier person, a lot of the helpful processes Erika provided me with meant I could cope through previously difficult situations while always keeping a sense of myself which would previously be easily lost during these times. I have been a strong advocate for therapy for a long time but had never gotten so much out of a therapy journey until I began my sessions with Erika.

Erika’s therapy sessions changed my life in many positive ways. They helped my confidence, affirmed my validity in experiences and have given me new perspectives to grow as a person. Would highly recommend her expertise to anyone!

I found the therapy with Erica really beneficial in helping me unravel a lot of heavy thoughts and feelings, which at that time were contributing to anxiety and sadness. There was a calmness to our sessions and I felt very at ease opening up and talking with Erica. I felt genuinely listened to and was able to speak at my own pace without feeling rushed or judged.

Being able to speak freely and safely about my feelings and thoughts, really helped me achieve clarity in my own mind. Erica was very patient and supportive throughout the therapy, allowing the sessions to naturally flow, and from time to time offering considerate and thoughtful suggestions.

I would not hesitate in returning to Erica for further therapy should the need arise and I would recommend Erica to anyone needing a grounded & empathetic therapist, with a calm & patient presence.
