Therapy
Therapy focuses on healing and understanding past experiences in a safe, relational space. It is ideal for processing trauma, relationship issues, deep personality and self esteem issues, deeply ingrained beliefs, regulating the nervous system, and working through patterns such as shame, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or narcissistic abuse. My approach is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, which emphasises unconditional positive regard, empathy, and authenticity creating a space where you feel truly seen and accepted. Where we can build enough trust, so I can challenge you as this is also essential for change. Combined with somatic practices and nervous system regulation, this approach supports you to integrate emotions, release tension, and create lasting change. The work happens through the therapeutic relationship itself, which often mirrors other relationship patterns in your life. While we don’t need to revisit the past in detail, this is deep, meaningful work. Therapy sessions are UK-based and delivered online under licensed therapeutic practice.
Coaching
Coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented. It’s designed to help you build self-esteem, develop resilience, and create actionable strategies to manage stress, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and nervous system dysregulation. Using somatic mind-body techniques, breathwork, meditation, and personalised exercises, coaching sessions support transformation in the present and future. Coaching is available online worldwide, including clients in the USA.
