Compassionate Online Therapy Across the UK and Beyond

Are you a neurodivergent adult navigating shame, perfectionism, or the weight of people-pleasing?
I offer online counselling grounded in person-centred and somatic approaches to support your healing, safely, gently, and on your terms.

Based in the UK, I provide therapy to clients across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, as well as in select international locations where therapy with a UK-based practitioner is permitted.

How I Work

With so many therapy models available and the influence of TikTok and Instagram, t’s easy to be drawn toward quick fixes and instant results. I completely understand the frustration and desperation that can come from feeling unhappy or stuck in your life.

This type of therapy is not a quick fix. It’s a journey of self-discovery and growth, grounded in a genuine therapeutic relationship. That’s why connecting with each other is so important. I’m not here to simply “treat symptoms”; true inner peace comes from addressing the root causes of your struggles, not just surface-level issues. This process helps you reconnect with yourself as a whole, including tuning into your body and releasing what may be held or stuck inside.

Person-centred therapy values you as the expert on your own experience. I know that can sound intimidating or even frustrating if you haven’t yet been able to work things out on your own, I felt the same way. I wanted someone else to provide the answers. But think of it this way: we all have access to Google, YouTube, advice from friends, family, and experts. If it were as simple as following that advice, you wouldn’t be here.

Person-centred therapy empowers you to find your own way, supported by the conditions of a trusting therapeutic relationship, much like a flower naturally grows when given the right conditions.

From the moment we are born, we rely on attachment to survive, and we spend much of our lives protecting and maintaining our self-image. But if we don’t feel connected to that inner self, how sustainable is it really?

My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy, but I also draw inspiration from somatic experiencing, polyvagal theory, existentialism, shadow work, Buddhism, meditation, and compassion-focused therapy. Together, these approaches create a space for deep healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.
